Our Physician Access Line connects you to the physician of your choice or another specialist in that discipline. The access line is designed to enhance the shared care of referred patients by facilitating ongoing communication between the Meritus Health physicians and referring physicians. Provide information on new programs, providers, and services
Assist practices to apply for access to EpicCare Link
Assist with referrals, access, and communication
Serve as the main resource for any Meritus Health questions

EpicCare Link

EpicCare Link is a secure, web-based, read-only service which provides community clinicians access to a subset of patient information within Meritus Health Epic system.

The benefits of EpicCare Link include:

Improved continuity of care through convenient, secure, real-time access from office or home to your patients’ tests and medical records
Ability to view patients’ status or receive timely alerts about their care, consults, test results and procedures at Meritus Health
