Dr. Moser received her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va. She completed her residency in general surgery at Geisinger Health System Wilkes-Barre in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and completed her fellowship training in surgical critical care at the University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill, N.C. Dr. Moser is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and is board certified in general surgery and critical care with the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
