Meritus Pulmonary Consultants provides pulmonary and sleep medicine to patients including comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, COPD, bronchitis, pneumonia, emphysema, lung cancer, lung fibrosis, snoring, sleep apnea, narcolepsy and various other breathing-sleep disorders.
Providers are board certified in pulmonary diseases and sleep medicine and our sleep lab is fully accredited by American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

The sleep lab offers the most up-to-date technology available in sleep medicine. The leading-edge monitoring system allows technicians to monitor a wide range of physiological changes over the course of a patient's sleep study, including changes in brain waves, oxygen levels, respiratory effort, limb movement and carbon dioxide output.

Meritus Medical Center’s pulmonary rehabilitation program is designed to help people with chronic lung conditions live full, rewarding lives. The program combines a comprehensive evaluation with the right mixture of exercise and education. The goal is to improve your quality of life and to make sure you can continue doing the things you love to do. A customized plan will be developed based on the goals set by you and the rehabilitation team.

What can you expect?
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
You must be referred by your doctor to attend pulmonary rehabilitation. If you are interested in the pulmonary rehabilitation program, call 301-733-0300, option 7.
Hours of operation:
The program is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for class. When you call, you will be provided with options of dates and times for initial evaluation.
