Yes, our certified medical review officer (MRO) receives lab reports and reviews them for integrity, authenticity, false negatives and false positives. The MRO then interprets the results, talks with the employee when necessary, and supervises reporting staff. Our drug screening coordinator reports the test results to your company's designed contact after the MRO has indicated the test result is valid. The MRO and support staff are available to answer your questions and to guide you through what can be a confusing and complex process.
