Remediating Relationships

This informative and interactive workshop will provide participants with concepts and interventions to promote healthier relationships within family systems experiencing infidelity, betrayal, divorce, or the blending of families. Tools and resources from attachment-based models, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Connected Recovery Model will be shared and highlighted. Case examples and mindfulness techniques will be used or discussed throughout the course to illustrate interventions that promote healing, safety, and connection within couples and families.
